A little over a month ago, I posted a poll on my Instagram Stories if you would want to see a more in depth post about how I edit in my LightRoom Mobile App and got a lot of requests to do it! A majority of y’all said that you learn best through videos and then I got a ton of DMs saying you also like blog posts…so I thought it would be great to incorporate a little bit of both in this blog post!
With that said, I wanted to dedicate this blog post to share with you guys how I edit my photos using the Lightroom Mobile app. For professional paid sessions, I edit on my computer. Since my camera can connect to wifi, I can download the photos onto my phone and then edit them on the LR mobile app. It’s great because if I’m on the go, traveling, or hanging out with friends, or if a clients wants a sneak peak, I will use my LR Mobile app! It’s a game changer!!!
I will share with y’all the video tutorial first and then share my editing process. This tutorial is quick, so I am also sharing a step by step how you can achieve this look. The lightroom presets I use are these. I’ve synced those presets to my mobile app (another vid on that coming soon!) You can edit through the LR Mobile app without presets BUT if you’re wanting to use your presets, that a whole ‘nother process! *video on how to import LR presets to mobile coming soon!*)
Here is a step by step break down of my adjustments based on the tweaks I have made based on using the Tribe Archipelago presets. 🙂
TA-DA!! Here is the final product!
Hope this tutorial was helpful! Every Tuesday I will have a tutorial for you! 🙂 Feel free to leave any questions in the comments below! Have a great day!
